Twiins Ice Creamery is a newly established ice cream and lolly shop that forms part of (but is separate to) The Regent Richmond. As a new venture, it was important that we were able to build a strong digital platform that would set the brand up for long-term growth in a competitive market.

What we did

Website Build

Ice cream and lollies look amazing and taste even better. With this in mind, we needed to create a website that looked the part and really capitalised on the target market's desire for sweets. To do so, we utilised the bold and premium colours established in the logo and introduced a number of bright colours and close-up images to get the target market excited. The website needed to tell the story of Twiins but most important, highlight the enormous range of ice cream available. We achieved this through the use of clean lines and a minimalistic user-experience.

Social Media Management

We were also tasked with creating content for Twiins' social media profile. As a new brand, we had to build a following from literally nothing. To do this, we created a number of engaging posts that really encouraged the community to get involved. Once we build a foundation of followers, we could then start to tell the story of Twiins and create content that would drive action.

Paid Ad Campaigns

We were tasked with building brand awareness for Twiins in the local market so we created and managed a number of paid Meta campaigns, each with a specific purpose. We have utilised A/B testing to maximise performance and effectively engage target audiences.

Digital Signage

We were asked to create the artwork for a digital menu board that would match the established interior colours. The chosen colours perfectly compliment the brand and speak to the product offering. Icons were used to create visual waypoints for customers looking to explore the range and see pricing.


We were also tasked with creating a promotional flyer that needed to highlight a specific offer. We utilised the brand colours established on the website and then introduced bright ice cream to really grab people's attention. Once again, we went with a minimalistic approach to ensure we didn't distract from the offer.
